Hi everyone, my father and I are new to BiggerPockets and excited to be part of the community. We’re a father–son team at the very beginning of our real estate journey, focused on learning the fundamentals and building the right habits from day one. Our long-term goal is to pursue the BRRRR strategy thoughtfully and responsibly, with an emphasis on understanding the numbers, the process, and the realities of operating in the real world.

We’re here to learn, listen, and contribute where we can. We’re especially interested in connecting with others who value disciplined investing, honest deal analysis, and long-term thinking.
