Hey everyone!

Investor new to Cincinnati, focused on BRRRR duplexes primarily in Westwood and Price Hill, but everywhere, with an all-in budget around $250k.

I’m specifically looking for off-market and wholesale deals and plan to acquire multiple properties. 

Any suggestions on where to begin, and possible more neighborhoods to look in?
