Hey everyone,

I’m Jacob, a licensed Realtor based in Springfield and Eugene, Oregon. I’m 18 and just getting started in my real estate career, with a strong focus on house hacking and small multifamily investing.

I'm currently learning everything I can about FHA duplex strategies, long-term rentals, and building sustainable wealth through real estate.

I joined BiggerPockets to connect with other Oregon investors, learn from experienced operators, and continue sharpening my investing knowledge.
