Philadelphia Agent Focused on Investors and Development

Hey everyone,

I’m based in Philadelphia and recently licensed in NJ and PA. This year I’m intentionally focused on working with investors and developers in the residential space, particularly those acquiring and repositioning small multifamily properties.

My background is in high end residential architecture, where I was deeply involved in day to day operations, client management, and bringing large scale custom builds from concept through construction. That experience gave me a strong understanding of construction, timelines, and how value is created on the ground. I naturally evaluate properties through both a financial and design lens, which I believe adds value when analyzing deals or planning renovations.

Alongside working with investors, I’m also planning to purchase my first investment property this year. I want to build in this space both professionally and personally.

I joined BiggerPockets because I want to surround myself with people who are actively building. At 23, it can be challenging to find like minded investors and developers in everyday life, so I’m intentional about learning from those further ahead and building real relationships in this space.

If you’re investing or developing in NJ or the Philadelphia market, I’d love to connect. I’m serious about this industry and excited to contribute wherever I can.
