I’m based in Southern California and have spent many years working at the intersection of technology and operations. I’m especially interested in how property managers across different markets are handling workflow challenges, communication tracking, reporting, and day-to-day operational complexity.

I was a property manager and now run an investment club, and one thing I’ve learned is that the biggest gains came from standardizing workflows and tracking communication in one central system not across texts, emails, and calls. Clear SOPs plus simple, consistent reporting. I’m looking forward to exchanging insights and hearing what trends you’re seeing in SoCal.
