Reintroducing myself as a newly licensed agent in Pittsburgh!

Hey everyone — I'm Anthony, and after being away from the BP community for a stretch, I wanted to reintroduce myself as a newly licensed agent in the Pittsburgh area, with a focus on helping investors both locally and out-of-state!

Some of my background: I grew up here in Pittsburgh, spent some time living and going to school in Virginia, and ultimately found my way back because it's always felt like home — and honestly, I couldn't bear to miss any more Steelers games in the fall. But when I got back to town, I knew I wanted to buy a property to house hack, and I've been lucky enough to do exactly that for almost 2 years. It's been a great learning experience, and along the way I've been able to meet some great people in the city through family, friends, contractors, and just staying close to the market.

As you all know, Pittsburgh is a genuinely great investing market — strong rental demand, affordable prices, and neighborhoods at all different stages of growth. I have an understanding and feel of the city's neighborhoods, what makes each one unique, and why certain areas stand out for different investment strategies. I came to real estate through an interest in investing itself, so I understand the mindset. And if you're out of state, I'd love to be your boots on the ground and be someone who can help you find a deal that fits your specific strategy and situation.

I'm looking to grow my network and meet more amazing people in the Pittsburgh real estate market, especially investors building a portfolio in Pittsburgh or looking to break into the market, wholesalers and anyone with off-market deal flow, and lenders and contractors!

Looking forward to meeting new folks here!
