20-Year-Old Looking to Learn, Connect, and Grow in Real Estate

Hey everyone,

I wanted to introduce myself as I start taking real estate more seriously.

I’m 20 years old and have been interested in real estate for years. It’s always been something I’ve followed closely, and over time it’s turned into a real passion of mine. Recently, after having some success in other areas, I’m now in a position where I can focus more intentionally on learning and preparing to get involved.

Right now, I’m in the learning phase—focused on understanding how deals work, building my knowledge, and connecting with people who are active in the space. I’m very motivated to learn and soak up as much knowledge as possible from those with real-world experience.

While I’m not fully active yet, I’m open to the possibility of getting involved in the right opportunities as I continue learning and building relationships.

I’m based in the Raleigh area—specifically North Raleigh / Wake Forest—and would love to connect with anyone familiar with the area. I’m also open to connecting with people throughout Durham and South Raleigh as well.

If you’re active in the area or open to sharing your experience, I’d really appreciate the opportunity to connect and learn from you.

Looking forward to being part of the community.
