Are you considering other forms of investing in RE?

What are your goals - short and long term?

Any experience with managing properties, managing projects (contractors, cleaning crews, etc.), or STR guests?

My thoughts are that it could be a good first deal if the purchase price, renovation budget, and local municipal laws towards STRs are favorable.

It's best if the #s on the deal work for both an STR and an LTR.
