New member – GC & broker working on Northern CA build

Hey everyone,

I’m a licensed general contractor and real estate broker based in Northern California. I’ve been involved in multiple projects over the years, primarily focused on residential builds and value-add opportunities.

Right now I’m preparing for a ground-up build and almost done with the planning and ready to move on to the early stages of construction.

I joined to connect with others who are active in building, lending, and structuring deals—especially interested in how people are approaching risk and capital on new construction in the current environment.
