Hey everyone - My name is Zach Ceretelle and I'm a licensed REALTOR in South Jersey. I serve Atlantic, Camden, and Gloucester Counties and I'm here to learn, connect, and ultimately become a valuable resource for investors in my market.
My primary interest is in deal finding, specifically distressed properties, foreclosures, sheriff sales, and off-market opportunities. I have direct MLS access and local market knowledge across South Jersey, and I'm actively researching fix and flip and long-term rental strategies.
I am doing this full-time and 110% committed to building something real in this space. I'm brand new to the investor side of real estate but I'm putting in the work to learn the language, understand the numbers, and build meaningful relationships with experienced investors.
