My primary interest is in deal finding, specifically distressed properties, foreclosures, sheriff sales, and off-market opportunities. I have direct MLS access and local market knowledge across South Jersey, and I'm actively researching fix and flip and long-term rental strategies.

I am doing this full-time and 110% committed to building something real in this space.
