DMV Investing & Nationwide pain points
Hey guys - I've been in investing in the DC area as well as Ohio since 2019. I started out flipping homes in the PG county area in Maryland, then shifted to DC. Around 2022 I started long term holds in the Toledo, Ohio and Cleveland areas (Triplexes, etc.). More recently I've been shifted to SaaS product development in real estate related products. Trying to find pain points people have in the software they use in their real estate business see if any SaaS product development could help solve them.
