New investor and bought my first house

Hello,

I bought my first house a 3 bed 2 bath where I bought it at loan value at a 40k discount compared where the sellers bought it. I used my VA loan at 5.75%. My plan is to house hack and rent out the excess rooms to build up more capital then use the rest of my VA loan to buy a duplex or two.
