Hi! I just joined the forum hoping to connect with others in the area. I own a short term rental property management company in Palm Beach County, FL called LuxeHaus Stays and I'm also an investor with my own Airbnb that we manage in the area.
I've had a hard time finding any investor or real estate networking events (and definitely nothing Short term rental specific) in the Palm Beach and Martin County areas. The closest ones seem to be in Port St Lucie or down in Boca Raton or Delray. Anyone else in the West Palm Beach, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, FL area and know of more local events?

I've noticed the same challenge. Most of the larger networking events tend to be concentrated in Boca, Delray, or Port St. Lucie. There is a growing community of investors, property owners, and real estate professionals throughout Palm Beach County that could benefit from more local connections and discussions.
It would be interesting to connect and exchange insights with others in the area. If there isn't an existing group, perhaps a casual virtual coffee chat could be a good way for local investors and operators to share experiences and ideas.
