House Hacking in Pike County, PA
Hello everyone!!
My husband and I are looking to start our house hacking journey Spring 2027, we are currently living in upstate NY (and desperate to get out of NY!) and hoping to be able to close and settle in our home in Pike County PA before Sept 2027. First of all I'd love to hear your success stories, where did you start and how many do units do you have now! Second, any advice, words of encouragement etc. I'd like to hear the unexpected expenses that popped up as well. How do I go about finding a realtor that is going to know what I am looking to accomplish? Thanks so much and I'm so grateful to be a part of this community, a lot of the information available online about this topic seems very scammy.
