Growing my Real Estate Journey

Leroy Davis
Posted

On the topic of real estate I have several single family rental properties through experience, learning from both successes and mistakes. My goal now is to take my real estate portfolio to the next level by continuing to learn from experienced investors , building meaningful relationships , and surrounding myself with people who are willing to share their knowledge. If you're open to networking , mentoring, partnering, or simply exchanging ideas , I'd love to connect. I'm here to learn from the best, add value where I can, and build lasting relationships while growing my portfolio. Thank you, and I look forward to getting to know this community

Great mindset, Leroy. The biggest jump in real estate usually comes from moving beyond just buying properties and building the right network around you. Having experienced investors, reliable contractors, lenders, and property managers in your corner can open up a lot more opportunities. Since you're already in the Midwest, it may also be worth comparing nearby markets like Ohio, where many investors are still finding cash-flowing rentals and value-add opportunities. Keep learning, keep building relationships, and the right deals tend to follow.
