Welcome to Bigger Pockets and congrats on being a new real estate agent. I have helped a lot of my investors finance in Columbus its a Great spot for REI. My advice is use this site to help promote your real estate license and work hard to find solid cash flow properties. If you do that you will find a lot of buyers out there in many states that will appreciate the Columbus purchase to cash flow ratio opportunities!
