New member from Murfreesboro Tennessee.
Hello everyone, my name is Ryan Florida and I live in Murfreesboro Tennessee. Currently, I am a 21 year-old junior in college. I am a pre-medical student pursuing a degree in chemistry, I also have a minor in physics as well as a minor in business management. I would very much like to get into part-time real estate investing, just buying single-family properties and renting them out to people for building wealth by the time I retire. My short-term goal is to acquire one property a month and save the cash flow from said properties. My long-term goal is to eventually open my own luxury hotel, this is a very long-term goal though. I would appreciate any help anyone has to offer, and I am also seeking some local investors to learn as much as I can from and build a solid network of friends in the business.
