Hi all.
I'm a South African working in the medical industry, living in Maastricht, the Netherlands. Full of entrepreneurial energy and looking to network, learn, share and connect. Interested in buying small buy-and-hold properties in the Netherlands, South Africa, (Johannesburg or Cape Town) and further afield at some stage.

Hi Craig! I see we're in the same markets! If you plan on finding stuff in Maastricht, you'll have a hard time though, or you'll at least have to look outside of the city central regions.
South Africa sounds interesting, though. I wouldn't know how it works there though.

Yes, the city centre is overpriced at this stage, but there seems to be some decent deals just outside of the inner city where it is still attractive for potential student housing.
