Hello BP world!

I am a new member from the NE side of Atlanta. Been listening to podcasts for about two weeks and wanted to get active on the forums. Focusing my direction towards rehabbing SFR in order to turn that income towards passive cash flow from commercial rental property. If anyone sees this from my area please let me know.

Glad to be here!

Hey @Micah Redden thanks for introducing yourself! It's great to have you here! Don't miss The BiggerPockets Podcast - they are great for learning how others are finding success.

Also - be sure to check out House Flipping: The Best of BiggerPockets. I think you'll find a lot of great resources on flipping there.

Oh - and be sure to set up some Keyword Alerts- especially for "Monroe" so you'll be notified when people mention it here in the forums.

    Thanks again for introducing yourself!

Thanks @Brandon Turner!  Love the podcasts already, reading the UBG again and working my way through the forums.
