Hello everyone,
I am new to BP and looking to soak up all the information i can on Real Estate Investing. I am looking to begin wholesaling and eventually move into other real estate investing. I have been looking into Real Estate for quite some time now, but after losing my job i believe now is the perfect time to take action. I have read many blogs and watched dozens of videos on real estate investing, but still not comfortable with going out and making offers. I am looking to learn everything i need to know about real estate investing and network with other investors in the Pittsburgh Area. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome!
I know how wholesaling works but I have never done it myself so I can't be much of assistance there, however I do know many of them and it is just like sales you have to jump in and do it 100% no excuses and don't be afraid to fail because that is how you will get better.
Once you get some capital and want to start investing hit me up, I am an investor friendly agent in the area and I would love to help with anything I can.
I also highly recommend coming to ACRE and REIA meetings, it is a great way to learn and network and I will probably see you there.

Thanks a lot on the reply. I am looking into those meetings as we speak. I would love to do business once i get started with investing. Thanks a lot and i will be attending a meeting asap.
