Newbie from Bay Area-Looking to wholesale on the peninsula

Hello! My name is Marianne, I'm new to BP,  together, my business partner and have bought and done major remodels on 3 homes. We are currently seeking short-term residential investing and wholesaling opportunities in San Mateo County/Bay Area with SFRs, duplexes and triplexes.

@AngieJones, my business partner, turned me on to BP. I started out by listening to podcasts, and have tried to research and get up to speed on as much as possible on the BP website. I'm truly impressed by this community and look forward to making connections here.

There is a wealth of information on the site, and among all the local investors in the Bay Area. There are also some good meetups. (check signatures). You might want to check out Joe Metz' group in Fremont, and @Johnson H. 's meetup in San Jose.

I invest in fix and hold properties up in the East Bay, but a lot of people are doing well on the peninsula too! Welcome, and good luck Marianne!
