Retired Marine New to BiggerPocket Jacksonville, NC
Hello everyone, I am Jean Cetoute. I live in Jacksonville, NC. I spent 10 years in the Marine Corps as an Environment Management Specialist and another 10 years in my primary occupation as an Electrician. I have been investing in Real Estate since 2007. After retired from the Marine Corps I decided to get my license and help families with one of their biggest life investment, which is buying a home. I was made aware of Bigger Pocket by a new friend of mine last night and she helped me create the account today. My Goal is to grow my business to making at least $250,000.00 in take home per year. Welcome to bp. I live an work in NC. I find good deals in all 100 counties in the state. I am well connected in the state and I have bought and sold properties in Jacksonville. Dmitriy that just posted above has helped many people who have retired set up solo 401Ks.
