I am an attorney for a small firm that specializes in helping buyers and lenders restructure distressed land deals. Does anyone on this board know of any individuals or groups that require such assistance? We have particular expertise in large property restructuring deals, but would definitely be interested in smaller deals as well.

I'm sure that there are people interested in your services. We try to take an approach on BiggerPockets where members give before they receive, which is why I'm going to ask if you could get involved in some of the conversations around the site and share your expertise with others. Once you've done that, perhaps you could create a classified post where you explain in detail the services you're offering.
Otherwise, maybe you could tell all of us a little about your background. How did you come to focus on dealing in distressed land deals? Where are you from? Can you fill in your profile a bit more so we can know a little about you and your firm?
