Hey Everyone!

I'm Danielle- ripe ol age of 32 and DH and I just bought our frist investment home in Columbia, South Carolina at the end of January. We love it down here and our goal is to eventually own 5 inv. homes within the next 10 years.

We love it down here, but I don't tell anyone that since there are some awesome deals!

I work F/T as a wine wholesaler and DH is a senior financial analyst. We have 3 kids 4, 2,2 (yep twins) and we save all of my earnings after daycare for the next house purchase.
