This lady just called and said that she has to sell her double wide right now, tonight because she's driving to Illinois and has to be there tomorrow. She said it's in great condition in a family park (Seminole, FL). She's asking $2,000. This is a new experience for me. I don't know if I can pull the money together at this late hour. Should I kill myself to try to make this happen tonight? Would you? Yikes!
Anything that sounds too good to be true, typical is. You don’t know if there are any liens, repossession order, or anything else for that matter. I’d be very skeptical where you don’t have time to perform any due diligence.
