Hi all!
I'm planning to buy my first property soon, likely in Hoboken or Jersey City. I'm a consultant so I travel a ton: I'm looking for a location that lets me commute to Manhattan when I'm in town, and AirBNB it out when I'm not. If this goes well, I have the energy (and capital / credit) to do some more purely investment properties.
Would love to meet others with similar interests--also looking for recommendations on a good buyer's agent.

Podcast 114 has some good info about using airbnb or other vacation rental sites. We're using our basement as an airbnb rental in Lawrence, KS and it has been a great tool for us! Good luck @Ethan Ard!
