Hello Everyone,

My name is Troy Woods. I am a licensed real estate agent and a aspiring real estate investor in the Athens, GA area. My background is project management within the financial services and healthcare industries. I recently made the switch to real estate with the goal of starting a property management company.

My investment goal is to have 50 properties in the next 5 years and I'm currently looking for funding for my initial purchase.
