    @Paul Salmela Hi Paul! How have things been for you in Minneapolis? I visit there frequently and considering investing in the area. Doing my due diligence now and keeping an eye on turnkey or partnership opportunities as well as property management companies. Would be great to connect if you have time!

    @Ken Lorb - I'm still active managing my rental properties (I now own 25) and have a good feel on this market.  I haven't purchased anything for a couple years b/c properties here have gotten a bit expensive (although it's much cheaper here than in San Francisco).  I'm glad to connect with you and help out!

    @Jordan Moorhead Can you send link to the Meetup? I'm a newbie BP follower trying to learn more for my own REI future, and also a small biz / real estate attorney trying to gauge what needs for REI clients is. Plus I live and work in NE, so this seemed a really good opportunity to knock out several things with one stone!
