Just looking for all of the advice, information and tips I can to understand real estate investment better. I bought one townhouse with a partner at a foreclosure and it is currently being rented out. We turned our first starter home into a rental when we moved into a bigger house. We would like to add a few more rentals to our portfolio and try doing some investing in tax liens.
