@Johnny YoussefI am buying and wholesaling houses in the Kansas city area also. Biggerpockets has a lot of smart people on here. I think even experienced investors can learn things from the articles and podcasts.
Welcome to BP! Sounds like we have similar backgrounds and focuses, just on different sides of the state. You'll find BP to be a great resource for things you don't know, and it also presents plenty of opportunities to give back and answer questions where you can. I'm sure you'll enjoy both aspects!

Just getting started in real estate investments and been reading, researching and listening to as many podcasts as possible! I just have to say the BP show you were guest on (#147) has been my absolute favorite so far and one that I've found to be the most useful for what I'm trying to do. I particularly appreciated the advice you gave on making your rental property on the high end but not going overboard and "renter-proofing". Very helpful. Thanks!!
