Hi everyone!

I just recently joined BP last week and I am just so happy to have stumbled upon such a wonderful resourceful website! I have been listening to BP podcasts for the last week now and the information is so helpful. I am from Montreal, Quebec and I see that most of the topics on this site revolve around the US market. I was hoping to connect with people who are also from the same area as me. I don't have any experience in real estate but I am hoping to buy my first multifamily property within the next 2 years.

Nice meeting you!

Welcome to the Site! :) I've seen quite a few Montrealers active on here. I wish you the best of luck for your future investments. Great thing that you're learning the ropes early that way when you jump in, you'll know exactly how to go about it. :)
