I am a first year agent with Keller Williams Reality and before I got my license I flipped 2 houses. I figured that if I could do this full time, I could make more money at it. So I have quit my job as a Lab Tech and dove head first into this real estate thing. I want $1500.00 in passive income within the next 3 years and have at least 10 rental properties within the next 5 years, and have 20+ within 10 years.
