I worked as a Real Estate Broker in 2007-2010 in the Charlotte, NC area. I currently own 1 investment rental property and want to expand my portfolio. My areas of interest are flipping and buy/hold. I'm looking forward to increasing my knowledge base and networking opportunities.

Kizzy Singletary I would suggest attending the local reia meetings and meet ups here in town I attend the metrolina REIA and the hobby millionare meet ups... Also this site is a wealth of info also I'm a local investor here in Charlotte primarily wholesaling for now to build cash for buy and hold rentals feel free to reach out if I can be of any help ....

The best way to jump into buy and hold ownership is to target an owner occupied multi family home with an FHA loan - which means only 3.5% down payment. Send me a message if you want more details. : )
