Newbie From La Jolla, CA
Hello everyone, my name is Steven a brief about my self I made the moved to California from Massachusetts back in May. New to biggerpockets I do not have any experience in real estate, Was told this a great site that can help learn and meet other realtors. Currently studying for my real estate license in the state of california. Over all goal is to become a realtor to learn the market then investing in properties and fixer upper to rent or sell.
