Hi my name is Herman Estrada Jr and i am from the Fresno,Ca area. I am a part time realtor/loan officer. After selling a few homes and making a few loans, i realized that with 300K in equity in my home and a FICO score of 795, I want to learn how to wholesale properties (REO/foreclousures) just not using none of my money.
