@Bob New Welcome, you must have some connection to Torrington. What is that? I have some family that moved there about 5 years ago and they are investing in real estate but not there. They are just starting out.
I had some difficulty with my attempts to invest out of state so I am staying close to home now.

Yes, my daughter lives on a ranch outside Torrington. We are starting to work together in RE in that area.
