New Agent from Delaware wanting to be an investor

Hello all. My name is Shannon. I'm currently a licensed realtor in Delaware that specializes on helping individuals become mortgage ready with thier credit and mindset. 

I would like to learn to purchase investment properties with low to no money down and how to flip homes. My area is overloaded with vacant home that are crying for someone like me to buy them.
