I am new to Bigger Pockets but figured I would make the jump and become a PRO member and support such a great site.

I have been involved in real estate over the last two years and continue to gain knowledge and grow with it each and everyday. 

I am looking to meet new sellers and buyers from this site and from afar.

I have flipped 4 properties last year and over 10 contracts.

Welcome!

Every time I hear Pinellas County I think of that TV show Cops, cause they film there so often lol.

    Every time I hear Pinellas County I think of that TV show Cops, cause they film there so often lol.

      Where's the property? What are the numbers? I always look for a deal I could make some money on

    Hey @Dylan Jaeck @Account Closed@Michael Valerio i'm always interested in St. Petersburg. My target area are SFH that rent for around $1200 and generally like to stay north of 9th Ave. Please add me to your lists when you have something.
