My day job is attorney specializing in financial matters including tax and bankruptcy in VA, MD and DC. Have been a part-time real estate for more than 20 years, mainly buy and hold. Plan to transition out of law practice and go full-time real estate investing in next few years. Doing some note investing with 2nd mortgage notes in VA, MO, CA and FL that I am working out.
