Hello Bigger Pockets,

My name is Kyle Henry and I am from the thriving metropolis of Bryson City, NC (approx. population of 1500), which is located about an hour southwest of Asheville, NC at the foot of the beautiful Great Smoky Mtn. National Park.  I have had an account for a couple of years and have finally decided to make the plunge after listening to the podcasts and the constant call to action has finally resonated.  

I currently work as a project manger for a small construction company and am actively working part time with my partner in our real estate company.  We are in the final stages of refinancing our first project which is just ending its third year.  We purchased a lot in city limits with a mobile home which we rented for a short time before selling it to begin construction of our first duplex.  We then subdivided two additional parcels and built another duplex and a fixed foundation tiny home.  We are renting the duplexes on yearly leases and are self managing the tiny home as a nightly rental through AirBnB.  We are in the final stages of refinancing and are excited to move forward with our next projects.  

With our extensive construction background we are actively seeking raw land, flipping projects, or rehab projects on parcels that can be subdivided to yield addtional building lots.  We have had tremendous feedback from our first project and are excited for 2016 and creating new opportunities and partnerships to bring our vison to fruition.
