    Hi everyone

    My name is Tyler. New to the site. Although I am not currently an investor now...it is something that I will be working towards. Most likely rehab and flipping. Im a real estate agent in Atlanta, GA; so naturally Im interested in location but also in aesthetics of a home. Very interested in rehabbing and the design of housing.
