Hey y'all, I'm a guy that's just starting an MD residency. Not much capital at the moment, but want to prepare to work smart when do have capital/potential partners.
LI clearly is bit of tough market for someone in my situation, probably related to how there are few postings on marketplace but my goal is to generate rental properties to develop decent passive income.
Mastermind groups are fun so if any body wants to become allies, you are very welcome. Does not hurt to have a trusted contact in health care system neither, hahaha.
