Hey Guys, I'm the new new guy, here to learn and hopefully make my first deal in the next 12 months. Currently I'm getting my personal finances in order so that it will not be a sticking point when I go to make my first deal. So at the moment while I put that plan in action (which I have been doing over the last 5 months) I am being a sponge and learning as much as possible here and in my local market. So Hi everybody!
I am pretty new to the site also. I suggest posting and getting involved in different discussions as often as possible. I am also looking to purchase my first property in the next few months.
Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). You can Google to locate them and go to meetup.com

Welcome to BP! It is great to hear of the plan you have come up with! It sounds like you have a good strategy on getting started. BP is a great place to learn about investing. Look around the forums and take your time reading what others have to say. Feel free to reach out to anyone on here. Many times they will be willing to give some great advice.
