Newbie in Capital District NY
Hey Guys, I'm the new new guy, here to learn and hopefully make my first deal in the next 12 months. Currently I'm getting my personal finances in order so that it will not be a sticking point when I go to make my first deal. So at the moment while I put that plan in action (which I have been doing over the last 5 months) I am being a sponge and learning as much as possible here and in my local market. So Hi everybody!
