Looking for a REI Accountant near Lawrenceville, GA

Hello to everyone. This is my first post, so I'm breaking the ice. I've spent my life in the construction industry, but primarily in heavy civil. I have remodeled and sold two homes (slow flips) and have had one SFR for years. I am on the verge of finally putting my long term plans into action and adding to my SFR inventory. I've suffered with paralysis from analysis due to my engineering background and my discomfort with losing money, so I'm calling myself out here. In the past I've self performed the remodeling and rental management. While I enjoy that, I have a full time job and time is hard to come by. I look forward to networking and learning from these forums. Does anyone know a solid REI accountant in the Lawrenceville, GA area?
