New Investor in Tampa, FL area

Hi everyone my name is Shanair and me and my coworker Mark are just getting our feet wet in real estate. Real estate is something I planned on doing for a while but always thought I needed to generate income. My background includes 10 years Active Duty and I own one property that I currently rent out in Atlanta, GA. I've watched multiple seminars and actually physically been to some. I am completely in love with real estate and excited to gain more insight. Feel free to reach out to me if you are in the Tampa, St. Pete, Pinellas Park area.     Hey Jeff,

    Thank you for your service! It's always great meeting a fellow veteran. The number 1 thing is a solid team. I do not have a real estate license so I have been calling around and talking to realtors to find someone trusting to work with. I also contacted a lawyer, title office and accountant. I will be looking for contractors also. I believe if I can get these roles in place then when I start I am not scrambling. Getting a good team where everyone wins and closing the first deal will help to get me started.

    Hi Shanair,

    I'm new to the area myself. I myself along with my wife are also interested in the Tampa Bay area. We just recently moved from Chicago a couple of months ago and have been checking out different neighborhoods here in St. Pete. Great to network with someone who is also interested in this area.

    Hey Perry, sorry for the late response...I've been traveling for the military. Currently in training...but yes it's definitely always great to network. My business partner and I are also working on meeting more people. Would love to connect with you guys!
