Hello all, my name is Becky Heiner and I am in the beginning steps of my life long desire to make old homes beautiful again. My cousin and I have formed our llc and I am learning all the background information I can to make this business a lasting success. He has flipped houses before in the Chicago area before the market crash. We have no problem going slow to do this right, but are excited to get started! Rebecca, welcome to BP and REI! Congratulations on your first steps. You are headed in the right direction. Work hard to find that good first deal and surround yourself with quality people. You are only as good and as strong as your team. I'm realitively new to this as a business but I've purchased two properties (primary residence) one was an REO and the other was a HUD home. Both were great investments but I'm ready to use these experiences to help jump start business. Let me know if I can help. I'm also have a handyman service. Good luck!
