Greetings! My wife and I close on our first rental property in just a few weeks. We are picking up a turn-key dual living property. Our plan is to hold this one long term and generate rental income.
Will be looking for our next deal as soon as we get some tenants in our first.
Excited to start this chapter of our life and learn lots from you guys.

Welcome @Joseph Brown Congrats on your first investment. Mind sharing where your turnkey property is located and what company you used? Would be curious to hear how it goes over time. Are you actually getting the cash flow that the turnkey company says you will get, how is your property manager, do you feel like the TK provider found you a deal that you wouldn't have been able to find? Thanks.

The property is in the Brentwood neighborhood. It was found on the MLS
While I realize that there are better deals out there, we were after the quick passive income this property produced. Since it was a cash purchase it has about a 5% return.
I grew up around property management and we are planning on self managing.
