New RE Investor near Sacramento
Hello!
I am Shannon Mendez and live in Folsom, California, with my husband and two children. I have always wanted to invest in real estate, and my husband is finally on board (super important!).
I am a Freelance Writer and Adjunct English Professor and would like to supplement my income while still having a flexible schedule for our family.
My grandparents invested in real estate, so I have seen how helpful that can be in retirement. (My parents have since sold everything, so I need to start from scratch.)
