Once Upon A Time In Atlanta

Hi, my name is Jean Zambrano. I am currently an expert in Guest satisfaction and customer service. I have 3+ years of experience in the restaurant dining industry as well as 3+ years experience teaching Spanish and English as a second language. My newest endeavour is in the real estate business. I've been studying about the subject for several years now while saving up enough money for my first purchase. Really excited for what's ahead!

Welcome to the site! Just from your brief post I would say you have some fantastic traits to be a property manager. A bilingual driven person who is an expert at customer service... Sounds like the type of resident manager I would love to hire.

Good luck in your new venture!

I will be moving down to the Marietta area this summer. Maybe we will cross paths at some point.

Hey @Jean Zambrano ! As said, customer service experience is indeed key for a good property manager!

I'm pretty familiar with the Georgia area and I believe there are quite a few REI groups. You should take sometime and see who's close to you and meet up with some folks that are in the industry. When your getting started, a humble attitude and your time will be your greatest assets :)

Good Luck!
